Many of us have been having important conversations recently with our kids about how to protect themselves and be safe when out in our community. To continue these conversations, YWCA Darien/Norwalk’s Parent Awareness invites you and your tweens/teens to join us for our first Parent Awareness discussion of the year. One of the nation’s foremost self defense experts, Gloria Marcot of Soul Punch, will lead a virtual discussion on personal safety tips that your entire family can benefit from with a particular focus on how your kids can take steps to keep themselves safe from harm. Links to join the virtual discussion will be emailed to registered guests the morning of the event.
