The Boys Small & Tall Night is a mother/caregiver and son (or son and a special grown-up) night out to socialize with friends, play games, dance, eat snacks and have fun. The event takes place at Hindley School in the Common Room and Gymnasium.
What to Expect:
- This event is widely attended with loud music, decorations, and activities including: Radio Bingo TM, a DJ, photo booth, prizes, singing, dancing, pizza and snacks.
- It typically runs from 6:00-8:00PM with Radio Bingo beginning at 6:30PM.
- Tables and seating are set up in the Common Room for eating pizza and snacks and playing Radio Bingo TM. Dancing ‘games’ are played in between Radio Bingo.
- There is a fee for this event.
Event Notes:
- Consider bringing noise-reduction headphones to help manage anxiety for sound-sensitive kids.
- It is not necessary to stay for duration of the event.
- Lights are off in the Gymnasium and it is a less structured space than the Common Room.
- ‘The Chill Zone’ is set up to provide students with a quiet place to draw, play games, and relax with friends. Parents/Caregivers must supervise their son/child in this space.
