Pick up your dinner on Friday, June 11 between 2-5pm at the Darien Butcher Shop. Your dinner will be catered for 4-6 people and the cost is $100. To order, please use pay4schoolstuff.com and select either Option 1 or Option 2. Orders must be placed by Sunday, June 6th, 10pm. Darien Butcher Shop Dinner Menu for Friday, June 11
Option 1 includes all of the following:
1) Chicken Francese (sautéed chicken cutlets in lemon wine sauce)
2) Beef Sliders (American cheese, pickles)
3) Mashed Potatoes
4) DBS Signature Macaroni and Cheese
5) Steamed Green Beans with Bacon
6) Chopped Salad (iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, croutons and DBS signature ranch dressing on the side)
7) Layer Cake with Lemon Curd, Berries and Lemon Frosting
Option 2 includes all of the following GLUTEN FREE items:
1) Chicken Francese (sauteed chicken cutlets in lemon wine sauce)
2) Meatballs, Tomato Sauce and Mozzarella
3) Mashed Potatoes
4) Oven Roasted Brussel Sprouts and Bacon
5) Steamed Green Beans with Bacon
6) Chopped Salad (iceberg lettuce, cherry tomato, cucumber, chickpeas, croutons and DBS signature ranch dressing on the side)
7) Lemon “Fool” – Whipped Cream and Custard with Berries
